Maya Gaia Savage

Co-founder and Steward

Designer, co-founder of the LAND and the eye behind its six houses.

Maya Gaia Savage is a designer and the founder of Savage Studio. She co-founded the LAND with Jonathan and shaped the way its six houses feel to live in: the materials, the light, and the quiet way each room gives way to the land outside. She works in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, and brings that same ease to everyone who arrives, whether a family for a weekend or an artist staying a season. For Maya, hospitality is less about service than about care, the small decisions that let a guest stop planning and simply be here. She believes the land does most of the work. Her job is to make room for it.
