Forty-three private acres beneath the Pedernal. One celebration at a time, with the houses, the barn and the valley entirely yours.
Sandstone catches the evening light. Beavers tend their mirrored ponds. Then the sky opens into a cathedral of stars, and the only sound is the people you love.
A witness, an officiant, golden hour on the deck, and a house to disappear into after.
Vows in the open, dinner at the long table in the Barn House, a fire after dark.
Rehearsal dinners, vow renewals and commitment ceremonies, held with the same care.
Six houses, 43 acres and a few days, so the celebration has room to breathe.
Guest counts depend on the nature of the event and the spaces you use. We confirm yours together on the walk-through, and every proposal is written to its season, scale and number of nights.

Hand-built by Mennonite craftsmen with traditional peg joinery, the Barn House holds a long dining table, a wood-burning stove and beams that rise like a nave. Toasts carry here. So does the quiet after.
Ceremonies move outdoors: the labyrinth, the yoga deck above the valley, a cottonwood grove by the creek. When the light goes, the stars take over.

Celebration here is not production. It is presence.
Tell us the season, the shape of the days and roughly who is coming. We reply within two days.
Come stand where the vows might happen. In person or by video, we walk every space with you.
A proposal written for your season, guest count and nights. Bring your planner, caterer and licensed bar.
Insurance, vendors and timings settled ahead, so the day belongs to the two of you.
